Tools

Functionality of selecting structure is divided into XMLStructureTool and XMLStructureDragTracker .
XMLStructureTool is responsible for selecting structure items with mouse scrolling.
XMLStructureDragTracker is responsible for selecting structure items by clicking on their special places.
